Placing an Order
It is quick and easy to place an order,Simply browse our survival gear by product or product category. When you find an item you are interested in, add the item to your shopping cart. Continue to shop for items of interest. Click on "Checkout" at the top of the page to view the items in your cart at any time.
Once you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout Now!" at the top of the page and follow the prompts. You will then be asked to enter all your information for the shipment, after u've updated ur accurate shipping infos,just follow the payment instructions according to the very payment type u've selected,then,just relax and waiting for ur awesome new orders from our website delivered to ur doorway.
Cancelling or Changing an Order?
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order. During normal business hours, Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST, once an order is placed there is a 30 minute remorse window where the customer can contact with customer service to update or cancel their order. After 30 minutes we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order. In most cases, we will be unable to cancel an order once placed.
Should cancellation not be possible, you can refuse delivery of the package, and a refund will be issued upon return receipt of the package. Alternatively, you can contact us for a Returns Authorization (RMA) and return instructions, so we can make sure this is resolved promptly.
Return due to late cancellation are excluded for final sale products (food, water, PPE). Products that ship from the vendor may incur a restocking fee.
Using Store Credit as Payment
To use store credit, shop as normal. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter in the store certificate code number.
